Payment Options: Payment options include Paypal or Direct Debit. Please place your order via email to [email protected] if you wish to pay via direct debit.

Wholesale Enquiries:  Design and homeware stores, restaurants, cafes and other commercial enterprises should contact me directly at [email protected] for wholesale prices. 

Descriptions: All products in the store are photographed as accurately as possible. Each piece is handmade and unique and because of this the piece you receive may not be exactly the same as that in the photo. Colour and finish of the ceramics will vary between pieces which is an intentional reflection of the genuine handmade nature of each piece. 

Ceramics Care Information: All pieces are foodsafe as well as microwave, oven and dishwasher safe. They need to be handled with care. Extreme and sudden changes in temperature should be avoided, and as with all ceramics breakages can occur if dropped or treated roughly. 

Making & Delivery Times:  Not all items are in stock at all times. As soon as your order is received, we will let you know when it will ship, however, if not in stock please allow up to four weeks for your piece/s to be made and delivered. Should you require your order to be delivered by a specific date please contact me at [email protected] prior to placing your order and I will advise you on availability and the necessary time to complete and deliver to you. 

Shipping & Postage: Single orders within Australia are charged at a flat rate starting at $9.20. The unit postage rate is reduced for multiple purchases. The freight charge can only be seen after checkout in the secure Paypal page. Orders can take several days to process and pack before being sent out.  If you would like to purchase express or international shipping please contact me at [email protected] for a quote prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred on international orders.  

Refund Policy: If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me immediately as refunds will not be made after 14 days of the date of sale. If the item is defective or damaged in the shipping process I will happily replace it or offer an exchange for the same value. In some instances you may be required to return the item to me.
